Orlando-based design-build firm Interstruct will construct a new three-story office building in Parramore. The $4.5 million project is set to break ground later this year and will be located adjacent to the company’s headquarters on Church Street.
The 15,000-square-foot building is designed to appeal to office tenants seeking smaller spaces in the post-pandemic era. With floor-to-ceiling windows and modern architecture, the building aims to attract creative industries. The ground floor will include retail space, while the upper floors will offer flexible office layouts.
Interstruct plans to enhance the surrounding area by beautifying the parking lot and incorporating the building into the company’s community events. The project is part of a larger revitalization effort in Parramore, which includes the upcoming Westcourt sports and entertainment district. This new development is expected to bring increased foot traffic and economic growth to the neighborhood.
