Here are the MAY STATS released by 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑴𝑳𝑺.
Let’s break all these numbers down with a few highlights:
✨𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 are the same as in April 2023, and 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 increased by 5%, which means 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝑶𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 (𝑨𝑫𝑶𝑴) is down to 44 days which is 4% less than last month.
✨𝑷𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 number is the same as in April 2023, and the number of 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒅 increased compared to last month by 12%.
✨ The 𝑨𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒆 increased by 2% compared to April of 2023., and 2% up compared to May of 2022!
*️⃣ Fun Fact: Stellar is Florida’s largest MLS coverage area including 18 counties in #centralflorida, plus Puerto Rico. These stats provided include all 18 counties.
💜 Note – we still have less inventory than before Covid… which means it is still a great time to sell. The market is shifting back to pre-pandemic days… A more managable market for both buyers and sellers. There are deals to be had by everyone 🤓
