Evermore Orlando Resort, a new $1 billion development, is set to open in December 2023. The resort will feature a variety of amenities, including a four-story Conrad Hotel, 69 vacation homes, 206 four-bedroom flats, 41 two and four-bedroom villas, a 20-acre beach complex with an eight-acre Crystal Lagoon, a pool with a water slide, a rope swing, a two-story boathouse, a spa, a fitness center, and numerous dining options.
The resort is located in Orlando’s tourism district, directly north of Disney Springs, east of Walt Disney World Resort, and directly west of SeaWorld Orlando.
The resort’s centerpiece is the eight-acre Crystal Lagoon, which is designed to resemble a tropical beach paradise. It is the first Crystal Lagoon in Orlando and one of only a few in the United States.
The resort’s vacation homes will be available as short-term rentals owned and maintained by the resort. This sets Evermore Orlando Resort apart from other similar resort concepts, as it offers hotel-quality service.
The resort is expected to have a staff of 500 by December, with an additional 100 on board by 2024.
