Brightline is elevating the travel experience for residents, visitors, and commuters by teaming up with flexible workspace leader Industrious. This strategic partnership will transform four key Brightline stations – Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando – into convenient work hubs, with Industrious operating the official workspaces. Additionally, a dedicated train car will be available for booking, perfect for business meetings or private gatherings.
The station workspaces, ranging from 210 to 652 square feet and fully equipped with amenities, offer adaptable environments for solo work, team collaborations, or important meetings. The bookable train car can comfortably accommodate up to 66 individuals, depending on the layout. Together, these innovative offerings cater to the growing demand for hybrid work models and more flexible, seamless travel solutions.
Gentry Long, Chief Commercial Officer at Industrious, highlights the ease this partnership provides: “Imagine arriving by train in Miami, ready for a Friday evening with friends, but needing to finalize a crucial client meeting beforehand. Our collaboration allows you to seamlessly transition into a private, sophisticated workspace right at the station – no added travel, no stress. We’re focused on making travel both effortless and productive, empowering individuals to integrate work and leisure seamlessly. Travel should broaden your horizons, not restrict them.”
By incorporating these on-demand amenities within their stations, Brightline emphasizes that this partnership leverages the strengths of both brands to provide travelers with unprecedented productivity and convenience. Whether for business meetings or urgent workspace needs, passengers can easily reserve meeting rooms or the private train car through the Industrious platform.
Barbara Drahl, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Strategy at Brightline, states, “Our collaboration with Industrious underscores our mutual dedication to innovation and serving the contemporary business and leisure traveler. From Miami to Orlando, we are excited to continue our mission of redefining commuter rail, transforming Brightline’s stations and bookable train cars into business-centric locations that align perfectly with our guests’ evolving work and travel lifestyles.”
